JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process incoming credit applications in a timely matter, complying to company guidelines.
- Verification of all pertinent information on all auto loans pending.
- Handling high volume phone calls.
- Inputting accurate customer information into company database.
- Assist in maintaining client/dealer relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of automobile loan processing and funding experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Auditing, verification and telephone skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
