Customer FAQ
Yes, you must have insurance on your auto loan. We require that you provide comprehensive and collision coverage within 10 days from the date of your vehicle purchase.
The insurance carrier you provide must be licensed to operate in California with a “B” or better rating from A.M. Best Company.
If you fail to insure your vehicle yourself, Coast Acceptance Corp may elect to add a lender’s single interest policy to your loan which provides only coverage to Coast Acceptance Corporation in the event of repossession of your vehicle.

You should have already received coupons in the mail which can mail in with your payment every month.
